I learned how to host cacao ceremonies from the wisdom passed down from my grandmother, Anna Navichoc. I practice cacao ceremonies out of love for the earth and humanity. Cacao ceremonies are a form of medicine to help cleanse emotions and open one's heart. During the ceremony, one feels a deep connection between the earth and heaven.
